Royal Cliff Hotel and Convention Center

The 2026 Thailand AA Roundup will be held at the 5 Star Royal Cliff Grand Hotel which is one of 4 hotels located in the private gated resort Royal Cliff Hotel and Convention Center in Pattaya, Thailand. The property consists of 4 hotels, 11 restaurants, 2 spas, 7 pools, meeting rooms, and a cooking school. The Royal Cliff Grand Hotel is 10-15 minutes from downtown Pattaya depending on traffic. The Resort is Wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. They have a multi-lingual team speaking English, Filipino, French, German, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, and Russian. If desired the Hotel can arrange for transportation by private car or shuttle from Bangkok directly to the Roundup. Check our FAQ page for more options on transportation from Bangkok to Pattaya.

Transportation

It is quite easy to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya (see our FAQ’s page) and there are many options for getting around town. Most people use Bolt or Grab and wait times are usually short with the exception of rush hours. The Baht bus runs all over Pattaya and costs 10 baht. Scooter taxis are at little more expensive but are the fastest way to get around town.

If you like to live on the wild side Scooter taxis are the fastest way to get around town.

Registration, Hospitality, Meeting rooms and Workshops are on the Second floor of the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel.

Once inside the front gate follow the directions below. AA greeters and friendly hotel staff will be on hand to make sure you get to the right place!

Once inside the front gate bear right as you go down the hill until you see the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel.
As you approach the hotel there is parking for cars or motorcycles on the left.
From the parking lot look for the tall white building. This is the Royal Cliff Grande Hotel and the location for the 2026 Thailand AA Roundup.

The Main Meeting room is the Orchid Room Located on the First Floor.

The main meeting room can be seen from the Ground floor above the Hotel Front Desk. There are stairs to the left of the Hotel Front Desk just past the Cliff Gallery and elevators to the right. The small meeting rooms are Jomtien 2 and Jomtien 3 and located down a short hallway adjacent to the Orchid room.

Alternative Lodging Recommendations

The Royal Cliff is a fantastic hotel, but all that luxury comes at a price. There are many hotels in the Pattaya area. Some are very cheap. Some are lavish. Whatever you like you can find in Pattaya. When planning a trip and before arriving in Thailand many people use online travels apps like Agoda and Booking.com to find a hotel deal. 

Aiyaree Place Resort

This modestly priced hotel is highly recommended and home to the Jomtien Love and Tolerance Group which meets every day at 12 noon. Many of the members of this group are actively involved in the 2026 Thailand AA Roundup.

Jomtien Longstay Hotel

Though the Longstay is just 150 meters up the lane from Aiyaree it is yet more humble in it’s pricing. Both hotels are just a very short ride to The Royal Cliff

Asia Pattaya Hotel

A little bit more upmarket with a local flavor. And very close to the Royal Cliff

Grand Bella Hotel

A nice hotel in Pattaya City very close to a hospital.
