The Royal Cliff facility
The 2023 Thailand Roundup will be held at the Royal Cliff Hotel and Convention Center in Pattaya. This is a large 5 star resort located just south of Pattaya. The facility consists of 4 hotel buildings, 11 restaurants, 2 spas, 7 pools, meeting rooms, and a cooking school. This is truly a five star resort.

The main entrance is the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel. The Roundup meeting rooms are in the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel. There will be signs to direct you. AA greeters and the friendly hotel staff will be on hand to make sure you get to the right place.

The main meeting room is the Orchid room in the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel. The Orchid room is located on floor number 1 and the check-in desk is located on the G floor. The main meeting room can be seen from the G floor above the hotel front desk. There are stairs to the left of the hotel front desk just past the Cliff Gallery. There are elevators to the right of the hotel front desk. The small meeting rooms Jomtien 2 and Jomtien 3 are located on the side of the main Orchid room on floor 1.
The Saturday dinner
The Saturday evening diner will be held outdoors on the pool overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. There will be seating for a minimum of 100 people. The dining area will have a view of the island of Koh Larn on the Gulf of Thailand.

The Royal Cliff is a fantastic hotel, but all that luxury comes at a price. There are many hotels in the Pattaya area. Some are very cheap. Some are lavish. Whatever you like you can find in Pattaya. Here are a couple of good options for hotels.

Though the Longstay is just 150 meters up the lane from Aiyaree it is yet more humble in it’s pricing. Both hotels are just a very short ride to The Royal Cliff

If you plan on attending the roundup and are concerned about transportation, contact roundup committee with your questions and concerns.
Translation to the Thai language will be provided over Zoom. To get access to the Thai translation load the zoom app on your smart phone and bring a headset to interface with the phone.
In the past, expensive special equipment for the translation was provided. The special equipment limited the number of people that have access to the translation service. The use of zoom will allow unlimited users to access this service.
